MakelaarCC is operated by Mathias Van Hecke, solo entrepreneur, trading as Forgr, VAT number BE1034814905.
The full standalone DPA text is being finalized. Until the dedicated version is published, the data processing clauses in the Terms of Service and the processing information in the Privacy Policy describe the current allocation of controller and processor responsibilities.
